Event Setup & Take-Down Assistance

Wedding days and special events involve plenty of moving parts. Our setup and take-down assistance gives you an extra pair of experienced hands to arrange your decor according to your instructions, so your loved ones can focus on celebrating with you.

Whether you need help setting tables, placing decor, or packing everything away at the end of the night, we're happy to assist.

Hourly Rates

8:00 AM – 8:00 PM: $60/hour
8:00 PM – 12:30 AM: $80/hour

What's included

Setup and/or take-down assistance, booked separately or together
Up to three email exchanges in advance to review your setup instructions and event requirements
Following your provided instructions and working alongside your wedding or event team

How it works

Provide your setup instructions, layout, and any relevant photos in advance, and we'll take care of the details as directed. This service is intended for hands-on decor assistance rather than wedding planning or day-of coordination.

Backdrop Setup & Take-Down

From statement backdrops to photo-ready event features, we can help with setup and take-down so your backdrop is ready when guests arrive and packed away when the event ends.

Pricing depends on the backdrop type, installation requirements, and distance to your venue.

Event Delivery

Get your rentals where they need to be.

We offer delivery for event rental orders throughout Greater Victoria and surrounding areas, subject to availability.

Delivery pricing depends on the venue's distance, the volume and type of inventory, and the handling required. Setup and placement are quoted separately unless included in your service agreement.
