Pick-Up & Drop-Off | Empresa Rentals

We do our best to personally greet you for both pick-up and drop-off whenever possible. Most often, you'll be welcomed by Annelise, who will have your order ready and be happy to answer any last-minute questions.

If we're unavailable when you arrive, don't worry—we've made the process simple. Our clearly labelled Pick-Up & Drop-Off Box is located at the front of the property. Inside, you'll find your rental items neatly organized, along with a copy of your invoice and your order labelled with your name, making it easy to identify.

When it's time to return your rentals, simply place everything back in the Pick-Up & Drop-Off Box. If we're home, we'll gladly come out to help unload your items and complete the return with you. Once you've dropped everything off, please send us a quick text or email to let us know your return is complete.

Our goal is to make every pick-up and return as convenient and seamless as possible, so you can focus on enjoying your event.
