  • We understand accidents happen! The cost of repair or replacement will be deducted from your deposit, and we’ll always provide a clear breakdown before charging anything.

  • All rental items must be returned by the agreed-upon date and time. Late returns will be charged a $25 per day late fee per order. If items are not returned within 5 days, the full replacement cost will be deducted from the security deposit.

  • We are a cashless business. We accept e-transfer and credit card.

  • We recommend booking as early as possible — especially for popular event and staging items. Some specialty or high-demand pieces can be reserved months in advance.

  • It’s simple! Browse our inventory, select your items, and submit a request or reserve online. We’ll confirm availability, arrange payment and deposit, then coordinate pickup or delivery. Once your rental period is over, return your items and receive your deposit back after inspection.
